Navy Chiefs' 127th anniversary

You may have heard the saying that "Chiefs don't run the Navy, they make the Navy run." On April 1, 1893, the U.S. Navy established the rank of Chief Petty Officer. For 127 years, Chief Petty Officers have served as the Navy's trusted leaders, mentors, and technical experts. (Happy 217th Chiefs)
