For the 13th straight year, ‘Chief Executive Magazine’ named Texas as the best state in which to do business. The publication surveys hundreds of the nation’s top executives annually who rank all 50 of America’s states - from best to worst - based on a variety of factors including business climate, taxes and regulations, workforce quality, local attitudes towards business, and quality of life.
