Stanley new CMS at 186th ARW

KEY FIELD, Miss. – Chief Master Sgt. William B. “Blake” Stanley was recently selected to serve as the ninth command chief master sergeant for the 186th Air Refueling Wing at a change of responsibility ceremony Sept. 9, at Key Field near Meridian.

“This is the most rewarding thing I can do as a senior non-commissioned officer as it allows me to help other members, especially our first term Airmen,” he said.

The command chief master sergeant position advises the wing commander on issues affecting more than 1,100 of the wing's enlisted personnel.

Before serving in this new position, Stanley served as the 186th Operations Group senior enlisted leader.

The 186th ARW's personnel and eight KC-135R aircraft support the Air Mobility Command for worldwide operations. (Meridian Star 09/18/23) Stanley named 9th Command Chief Master Sergeant of the 186th ARW | News | meridianstar.com
