Kaiser to lead CoE Vicksburg

Maj. Gen. Richard G. Kaiser, commander of Combined Security Transition Command-Afghanistan, U.S. Forces-Afghanistan, Operation Freedom’s Sentinel-Afghanistan has been reassigned to the post of commanding general of the Mississippi Valley Division of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Vicksburg, Miss. Maj. Gen. Michael C. Wehr, commanding general of the Mississippi Valley Division has been reassigned to the post of deputy chief of engineers and deputy commanding general of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Washington, DC, offices.
