1st woman dean to lead MSU’s grad school

Lori Mann Bruce, the associate dean of Mississippi State University’s College of Engineering, is to become the first woman in MSU history to be named associate vice president for academic affairs and graduate school dean at MSU, pending Board of Trustees approval. Bruce is to succeed the retiring Louis D'Abramo. Both are William L. Giles Distinguished Professor(s), MSU's highest faculty rank.
