Hurlburt Osprey sits down in Ala.

HURLBURT FIELD, Fla. - A Hurlburt Field-based CV-22 Osprey, assigned to the Air Force’s 1st Special Operations Wing, made a precautionary landing about 11 p.m. on June 4 in a field near Ashland, Ala. The aircraft was on a routine training mission. None of the five crew was reportedly injured. "We appreciate all the help and support we are receiving from the community and emergency services here in Ashland," said Lt. Col. David Lucas, 1st Special Operations Group deputy commander.
