Eaton: Army contract $37.9M

Eaton Aerospace of Jackson, Miss., has been awarded a maximum $37,933,586 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for axial piston pumps. This was a sole-source acquisition in accordance with 10 U.S. Code 2304 (c)(1), implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, which states that only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This is a five-year contract with no option periods. Location of performance is Mississippi with a Sept. 30, 2024, performance completion date. Using military service is Army.
