Baulch leaving LINK for Monroe

Chelsea Thompson Baulch, project manager for the Golden Triangle Development LINK for the past five years, will become executive director at the Monroe County (Miss.) Chamber of Commerce starting June 12. Baulch, who grew up in Monroe County where she still lives, attended Mississippi State University.
