Miss. firm agrees with contract violation

The U.S. Labor Department has awarded L-3 Communications Vertex Aerospace workers at Hunter Army Airfield in Savannah, Ga., with nearly $262,000 in back wages compensation stemming from a federal government contract violation by the Madison, Miss.-based aerospace services firm.
